Feast & Imbibe was started by D’Andre Carter and Heather Bublick in January 2012. D’Andre and Heather both began their careers as interns at moto. D’Andre worked his way up, working every station in the kitchen and front of the house before becoming Executive Sous Chef. His creativity and love of cooking shines in every one of his dishes. Heather began working in the kitchen and eventually found her home in the front of the house, where she fell in love with wine and service. After leaving moto, she continued her career at Tru where she refined her service and wine knowledge.

Together, they want to marry the two worlds together, where the food and service are equally important. D’Andre is on a quest to cook food his way, refined and casual, as long as it tastes good and Heather just wants to make each guest feel special and have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine or a fun cocktail with their food in good company.
